Since 2021, with the support of the APNIC Foundation, SOI Asia has entered a new phase of collaboration in research and education. In this phase, partners are working together toward a common goal. The project headquarter is based at Keio University in Japan and led by the principal investigator, Professor Keiko Okawa, with administrative support from the Asia Pacific Resilient Society Sub Project (APRS), Cyber Civilization Research Center (CCRC), and Keio University Global Research Institute (KGRI).

APIE (Asia Pacific Internet Engineering) Program
Foster a new generation of Internet engineers.

EBA (Evidence Based Approach) Project:
Promote collaboration and capacity-building for emerging issues.

CBR (Community Based Research)
Promote community-driven research and innovation.

Open Science (DHASH)
Promote open science, focusing on cultural heritage preservation through digital humanities.

Collaboration with RENs (Research and Education Networks)
Strengthen research communities in the region.
