Working together across borders to design a resilient future for the Asia-Pacific through education and research partnerships.
SOI Asia entered a new phase of collaboration in research and education through its partnership with the APNIC Foundation, established in 2021. In this phase, partners work together toward a shared goal, strengthening regional collaboration and capacity.
The project headquarters are based at Keio University in Japan and led by the principal investigator, Professor Keiko Okawa, with administrative support from the Asia Pacific Resilient Society Sub Project (APRS), the Cyber Civilization Research Center (CCRC), and the Keio University Global Research Institute (KGRI).
